LARIA Enquiry Terms
These terms are being finalised. Lawryse is preparing the LARIA Enquiry Terms for review by a South African legal practitioner before publication.
In the meantime, the current working draft is published in full and is the version that applies to any enquiry you send today:

The short version
- LARIA is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 112.
- LARIA does not give legal advice, and Lawryse is not a law firm.
- LARIA cannot guarantee that an attorney will accept your enquiry or contact you.
- An automated system, including an AI service, reads your description to work out which area of law it concerns and to check it for safety. It never assesses whether your case is strong.
- What you write about your matter is deleted 30 days after your enquiry closes. Your contact details and the record of which firms were approached are kept for 5 years.
