My landlord want to evict me, he say I must go this week

I stay in a flat in Pretoria for 3 yrs and I always pay my rent on time. Now the landlord say he sell the flat and I must leave by Friday, he also take my key and change the lock. I do not know if he is allowed to do this without going to court, what can I do?
